Pencilspotting #18 — Gift pencils #1

On today's episode of Pencilspotting, we're testing out four of the pencils that Eddie from    / @ebodaman   sent me earlier this year. I really liked these pencils.

About those Unison pencils: I think they came from the Dollar Tree. This might be their original brand before they changed to the "Jot" brand. This might explain why I liked this pencil, because I've had good experiences with a lot of the pencils I've bought from there. So I don't think I'll be able to find those again.

I think I'm figuring out some of the audio issues I've been having lately. This one took forever to edit because of that. I finally just dumped the audio into Audacity and cleaned it up there, because it's much easier to do serious audio editing in Audicity, which is actually designed for it, rather than Kdenlive, which is what I use to edit video and has limited audio editing capabilities.

I think I've tracked those issues down to my video camera settings. I'm still learning my way around this thing.

The word I could not think of is "mechanical" pencils. Note to self: never shoot a video after spending all that time in the heat.
