After 4 year in the making on our little homestead in Mongolia. Finally we can reveal what we have been planning for so long. We are launching Mongolia's first hot sauce brand Simple Wild Hot Sauce. We are producing handcrafted hot sauce from seed to sauce here in Mongolia which is not an easy task as the Mongolian climate is not warm enough to grow chilis. That is why we built Mongolias first geothermal greenhouse which has allowed us to make this dream posable. In this episode we share with you how to make a fantastic Garlic Piri Piri Hot Sauce at home. All of this helps us to because more self sufficient and self sustainable here in Mongolia.
