You must realize that no art piece or painting will ever be perfect. Or you could even think about it in a different light: "Everything is already perfect." By doing this, you can overcome your fear and freely create without letting your doubt silence you. You must be in control of your thoughts and emotions, it's one of the only things in life you truly own.
