Hey Retro Community! Today I am going to start the process of modding the DMG-001 Game Boy I picked up in December as part of a handheld lot that also included a Game Gear, as well as a copy of Tetris for the Game Boy and Sonic the Hedgehog 2 for the Game Gear.

In part 1, I tear it down, check for any damage, and if found, repair the damage, then give it a good cleaning, re-assembly, and final test.
