MIXED VEGETABLE SIZZLER MILD RECIPE:
Oil
Garlic and Ginger Puree
Sliced Celery
Green Chillies (optional)
Tomato Ketchup
White Vinegar
Sugar
Salt
White Pepper
Chilli Sauce (optional)
Water
Cornflour mixed with water
Mogo, Paneer, Veg Manchurian, Crispy Veg, Samosa, & Patra (all battered with a Cornflour & Plain Flour mix)
Spring Onion
Coriander
Once cooked the above is served (on top of sliced White Onions) on a hot cast iron sizzler plate (heated to a very high heat on the stove)

PANEER TIKKA SHASHLIK SIZZLER:
Vegetable Oil (Tel)
Paneer Squares (marinated in mixed spices)
Capsicum, Onion, Tomatoes
Above is Squewered and then cooked in the Tandoor Clay Oven
Once cooked the above is served (on top of sliced White Onions) on a hot cast iron sizzler plate (heated to a very high heat on the stove) drizzled with butter and served

VEGETABLE HYDERBADI TAWA:
Vegetable Oil
Garlic and Ginger Puree
Green Chilli Puree
Chopped Onion
Green Capsicum
Tomato Gravy Sauce
Mixed Veg (Peas, Sweetcorn, Green Beans, Carrot, Capsicum)
Salt
Tandoori Masala Powder
Cumin & Coriander Powder
Dry Fenugreek Leaves
Chaat Masala Powder
Cumin Powder
Spinach
Fresh Methi
Onion Gravy
Once the curry is cooked it is served "sizzling" on a tawa which get heated to a very high heat on the stove

Pre-fried balls (balls made with Cabbage, Carrot, Potato, Green Pepper)

Note that; in Indian restaurants dishes are cooked on a very high heat which delivers a slight smokiness to the cooked food and gives that distinctive restaurant flavour and character to a dish.

Whenever my family and I visit Leicester; Tiranga Restaurant & Bar is genuinely one of our favourite restaurants because the food never fails to deliver on the taste factor and the portion size of the food served up is extraordinarily very generous.
