In any employment case, there's going to be a he said and a she said. There employee, my client, has their version of what happened in the workplace, and the employer has their version. The judge or the jury have to choose between those two perspectives. The most important thing in my client's success is to be viewed by the jury as honest and reliable. Every claim will have a flaw in it. The worst thing you can do is to try to hide the flaw or to try to deny what happened. The best thing we can do is know about that flaw early on, hit it head on, have an explanation and make sure that the jury views my client as credible.
