In this video tutorial see where to get the unique and rare lore book entitled, "Tamrielic Lore: Revised." This seems to be a newer addition as it's not listed in the official guide. This lore book was written by Yagrum Bagarn who was the last Dwemer alive within Tamriel and Nirn. This book has been featured in other elder scroll games sometimes under different names. It was in Morrowind, Oblivion and also makes an appearance in Elder Scrolls Online. Until recently it was noticeably absent within Skyrim. It features a bit of information on thirty three ancient artifacts. Most of these artifacts can be acquired in the game such as many of the fished up enchanted rings and newer weapons such as Goldbrand and (Daedric) Scourge. There are about three artifacts that are yet to be seen. Boots of The Apostle (Grants the wearer levitation/a relic of Tiber Septim and Azura/Said to be a gift of the Greybeards.) Eleidon's Ward (Enchanted shield/Restoration healing powers.)
Daedric Crescent Blade (Used in Battlespire/Does great damage and wear on heavy armor/chance to paralyze.)
Also the Spear of Bitter Mercy is featured however is unusable as it's carried by Gogh, the goblin follower. This two handed spear was also used in Battlespire and grants the user summon storm atronach. All of these were obtainable in past games so who knows? Maybe they're still findable! This book is considered stolen so make sure to crouch before taking and ignore the other arcaneum journals for now.
