Things we must care about to STOP the suicidal thoughts

Question (01) - What is Suicide
Answer- Suicide is an attempt to kill the physical body or to kill the mind so that they might get relief from the pain that they are facing for long time. Although this is their wrong perception that this activity may resolve their problem, in fact this might increase the problem in many folds to their family.

Question (02) – Why do people commit suicide
Answer – There may be many individual reasons for committing suicide, this may be different for each individual. But the main reason isolated on a common basis is – (01) Financial (02) Social (03) Personal or family-related. The financial problem includes the inability to fulfil the basic need and demands of a family member when some loved one demand something which is very usual and genuine and then if you are not able to provide these ultra-basic things then you start feeling sad and start blaming yourself. Blaming yourself can increase the level of sadness and depression which finally trigger your mind to think or involve in negative way.

Social issues are now a days very common, that include neglection or being torcher or making feel humiliated among or in front of many other people. As we can see that there are many cases of student suicide which are of very young age, findings says that they felt humiliated by some one including classmates, class teacher or family member. This feeling hurts they innocent and immature mind and they commit suicide.
Personal of family reason suggest that they are not getting proper amount of love and support from they really expect, they may their family member including parents or brother/sisters and also from their loved one like their love (Boyfriend or girlfriend)

Question (03) - What they will get after committing suicide
Answer- They will get NOTHING. Because no one knows what will happen after their death. They think they will get mental satisfaction but it is a matter of false perception.

Question (04) - How to stop the chances to commit suicide
Answer- There are 2 main aspects to stop such thoughts and real incidence (01) Person related (02) Family and Friends related
(A) Person related – That person who is thinking about suicide must read and follow, steps mentioned below-

1. Inform their family and friends about his thought immediately – They must share their feeling as soon as possible so that that negative thought may not further affect their mind and that may not convert into real steps.
2. Think many times before committing – Whenever you are thinking about to finish your life just thing so many times, like will you get relief from pain by doing this. Thinking many times will surely remove that though and you will start feeling better.
3. Change mood by visiting somewhere
4. Watch positive thought containing movie
5. Talk to your friend and family on a regular basis.
6. Keep a family photo with you and watch them when disturbing thought flashes in your mind

(B) Family and Friends related
1. Observe changes in your friend and try to find the reason behind that
2. If seen any changes then try to involve him/her with your task to make them busy
3. Call them on a regular basis
4. Ask their happy moment with their family
