Help Wanted: Rock Smashing in the Fields
You'll want to find a Machop at the Cobalt Coastlands (preferably around that old man with the request at the shore close to the western camp) to use Rock Smash. Even one that doesn't may have it under its list of moves.
Mints can be used to legally change the nature of a Pokémon for your desired stats, so you can even fix natures that hinder the ones you like.
Unlike the rest of the harvest options, it takes much longer for mints to be ready, and they can be random types.

Even More New Wares
Crunchy Salt can be found all over the Coronet Highlands, specifically around little cliffs. They're easy to find because it's pink against pale gray rock.

The Pokémon in the River Photo
The head you're looking for can be located at the Crimson Mirelands, all the way to the southeast corner at a secret pond. Note that a different one may appear instead.
