Metal detecting, DIY home made pulse induction metal detector Surf 1.2 pi

Hi everyone and welcome to my new metal detecting video, funds are tight and I decided to revive an old project I started around two years ago. I tried to make my own pulse induction metal detector but failed hard due to lack of soldering skills. However, I found the project again recently and though that if I managed to fix my home made metal detector it would save me having to save up and buy one.

After resoldering all the connections and tidying them up and also rolling a new test coil the metal detector now works! Granted I need to make a better more efficient coil for it but for now I have diy built my own pulse induction metal detector.
