In this S.T.E.M. lab, students will work in groups to create a bridge that will hold as much weight as possible. After constructing the bridge, students (or the teacher) will start placing pennies into the cup that is part of the bridge. How many pennies will each bridge hold before it collapses? Students will have a great time testing their design.
