Making roller bottle blends is really easy.  First, remove the metal insert on the roller.  We recommend always using an insert and remover tool. The reason for using a tool is to help protect the roller and the housing.  If you push on the roller insert you might damage the housing, and thus ruin your roller (it will fall out, or oil will leak).
Next, add the essential oils to your empty bottle.  I like to get all the oils in there and have them mingle really good.  Give it a little swish.  Then, top off with fractionated coconut oil (or other carrier oil of your choice).  I like to fill it just below the neck of the bottle.  There’s a little curve to the bottle and that is a really good fill line.
Replace the roller top with the insert/remover tool as to not damage the roller ball.  Give it a shake to mix the essential oils and carrier oils.
