Creative Focus with Beta, Alpha & Theta Isochronic Tones 'Just Tones'

Описание к видео Creative Focus with Beta, Alpha & Theta Isochronic Tones 'Just Tones'

A 'Just Tones' version of my Creative Focus isochronic tones series, with beta, alpha and theta wave frequencies. Designed to stimulate creativity while keeping you focused.

I have produced the tones on this track at a very high volume. This will enable you to combine them with other music tracks and for them to be loud enough to hear on mobile devices. Just adjust the volume down to a more comfortable level to suit your preference and requirements. Ideally, they should be loud enough to hear but not so loud they feel distracting.

If you combine playing this track while listening to another music track of your choice, adjust the volume level to try and find a sweet spot. Where you can still hear the tones over the other music track but they are not too distracting.

Part of my creative focus isochronic tones series. You can find the full playlist here:    • Be More Creative and Focused - Electr...

How the session is structured

The isochronic tones begin beating at 14Hz in Beta (SMR) for 2 minutes. They then ramp down to 10.2Hz in Alpha and continue for 2 minutes. From there they ramp down to 5Hz in Theta, for another 2 minutes. The cycle is then repeated until the end of the track.

The concept behind this one is not to keep your brain rooted in one train of thought for too long, by switching to different frequencies/brain states, and then returning back again. The aim is to create a state of creative focus, by increasing beta activity for increased focus, while also boosting alpha and theta activity at the same time, producing a mental environment where different thought processes can interconnect on different levels.

How to use this?

You can use this session in a number of ways:

1. Close your eyes, relax, and wait for new ideas to come to you. Once the ideas start to flow pause the session, write them down, and resume the session afterwards.

2. Stare at the screen and let your mind wander in and out of the pictures, and see where your mind drifts to, and what ideas and inspiration come.

3. Play it in the background while studying, brainstorming or doing something creative, artistic etc., where you are hoping to discover new ideas and thought patterns.

Volume

Adjust the volume to a level you feel comfortable with.

Headphones?

Headphones are not required for this particular session, as long as you can clearly hear the Isochronic Tones behind the music track. But, if you can use headphones, I always recommend them. When you use headphones it helps to block out any peripheral sound in the room, and I personally find the entrainment experience to be more powerful when using them.
