I have not built Artak on my main account to conclude that he would be a better choice to take to level 60 first on the Noob2Pro Season 3 account, so i've opened the question up for the viewers to decide.

Making kael a level 60 would not be a mistake since he's still the only poison source and will be used in faction wars and doomtower secret rooms.
