Strawberry and Oreo Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients:

For the base:
1 cup butter biscuits, Parle G, or digestive biscuits
2 tablespoons melted butter

For Oreo biscuit powder:
6 Oreo biscuits (cream removed)

For the cheese layer:
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon vinegar
½ cup homemade cheese (curdled milk) or paneer
¼ cup fresh cream
2 tablespoons condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
2 tablespoons sugar
Oreo cream (from Oreo biscuits, if making Oreo cheesecake)

For the third layer:
¼ cup crushed strawberries (for strawberry cheesecake)
¼ cup Oreo biscuit powder (for Oreo cheesecake)
½ cup fresh strawberries (if not using crushed strawberries)
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon lemon juice

Method:

1. Crush the butter biscuits in a blender until fine. Transfer them to a bowl, add melted butter, mix well, and press it into the base of a pan to form the first layer. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.

2. In a blender, blend Oreo biscuits (after removing the cream) into a fine powder. Set aside. The Oreo cream will be used in the second layer.

3. Heat milk in a pan, add vinegar, and let it curdle. Strain to separate the cheese. You can also use paneer instead of making cheese from scratch.

4. In a blender, add the homemade cheese or paneer, fresh cream, condensed milk, vanilla essence, sugar, and Oreo cream (if making Oreo cheesecake). Blend until smooth.

5. Pour this mixture over the biscuit base and spread it evenly. Refrigerate for at least an hour until set.

6. For the third layer, spread crushed strawberries over the set cheesecake for strawberry flavor. For Oreo cheesecake, sprinkle the Oreo biscuit powder as the final layer.

7. If you don’t have crushed strawberries, take fresh strawberries, add them to a pan with sugar and lemon juice, and cook for a few minutes until soft. Let it cool, then use it for the third layer.

8. Refrigerate for a few hours before serving.

This recipe is no-bake and no-steam, so the cheese layer is in a liquid, melting form. It may be soft, but it’s delicious. If you want a steamed version, let me know in the comments. Enjoy!
