In this session, Oleh Dokuka and Anton Arhipov will cover the process of building a chat application with Spring, Kotlin, and RSocket. They will start with a standard Spring Boot application implemented with Spring MVC. During the session, they will migrate the application to Spring WebFlux with Kotlin coroutines, add non-blocking database access, and add RSocket for streaming the events from the backend to the UI to make the application fully reactive.
