Made with below ingredients:
Mutton 500gm (बकऱ्याचे मटण)
1/2 chopped onion (कांदा)
1/4 tsp turmeric powder (हळद)
3 tsp malwani masala (मालवणी मसाला)
Coriander leaves to garnish (कोथिंबीर)
3 tbsp Oil (तेल)
Salt to taste (चवीनुसार मीठ)

For vatan (वाटण) ---
1 cup grated fresh coconut (खवलेले ओलं खोबरे)
1/2 cup dry coconut (सुखं खोबरे)
1/2 inch ginger (आले)
7-8 garlic (लसूण)
1 tsp kashmiri / bedgi lal mirchi powder (काश्मीरी /बेडगी लाल मिरची पावडर)
10-12 black pepper (काळी मिरी)
2 cardamom (वेलची)
1/2 star anise (चक्रीफुल)
3 cloves (लवंग)
1-2 pieces cinnamon (दालचिनी)
1 tsp coriander seeds (धणे)
1/2 tsp cumin seeds (जिरे)
3 sliced onions (कांदे)
1 tsp khaskhas (खसखस)
1 tsp fennel seeds (बडीशेप)

Green masala / paste (हिरवा मसाला / पेस्ट) for 1-2 tsp marination and 1-2 tsp for curry as well--
7-8 garlic (लसूण)
1/2 inch ginger (आले)
4-5 mint leaves (पुदिना)
1 green chilly (हिरवी मिरची)
Coriander leaves (कोथिंबीर)
