DELUX II is a robust machine of all steel construction covered with steel from all sides & has bolted structure construction.
It gives a capacity of 1.25 TON/HOUR on wheat. Delux-II has a two-screen system, one scalping screen, and one grading screen.
In Delux-II the material is fed into the low-level feed hopper which has a feed roller and feed control gates where it is sucked up by an aspiration fan and dropped on the top sieve. This primary aspiration drains off chaff, straw, dust, and other lighter impurities.
Delux-II is suitable for efficient cleaning and grading of seeds of all crops such as wheat, paddy, barley, maize, millets, sunflower, soybean, oilseeds, flower seeds, forestry seeds, and various spices.
