Chole Bhature Recipe

🍛 Ingredients for Chole (Spicy Chickpeas)

200 gm Kabuli Chana (Chickpeas) – soaked overnight

1 medium Onion – chopped

1 large Tomato – chopped

2 Green Chilies

1 inch Ginger

6-8 cloves Garlic

½ tsp Turmeric powder

1 tsp Garam Masala

2 tsp Red Chili Powder (adjust to taste)

1 tbsp crushed Kasuri Methi (dried fenugreek leaves)

Salt to taste

Chopped coriander leaves – for garnish

1 tbsp Oil + 1 tbsp Ghee

½ tsp Sugar

Whole Garam Masala:

½ tsp Fenugreek Seeds (methi)

1 Bay Leaf

1 Kashmiri Red Chili

Cinnamon, Cloves, Green Cardamom (optional)
