Canon 6d freezes buttons issue

The buttons of my canon 6d do not want to work, in past days taking video suddenly the camera go freeze and didnt let me manipulate it, no button works, took out the battery and memory card yo drain the internal battery with no positive results, something I notice, the camera only let me take pictures in A, CA and SCN mode, bit as you know these modes dont let me shoot video...some one with a similar case?
