Here is the detailed recipe of instant mawa modak RECIPE
1. In a pan add 4 tbsp ghee, 1/2 lit. milk and 1.5 cup of milk powder.
2. Cook for 10 minutes until it starts thicken.
3. Add 1/2 tsp elaichi powder, 1/2 cup sugar and kesar milk and 1/4 cup coconut powder .
4. Cook until it become semi thick dough.
5. Cool it down.
6. Make any modak shape and garnish with pistachios and kesar.
7. Serve this mawa modak to your bappa 😊🤘🏻
