Impact Wrestling 2012 is the continuation of the Paul Heyman's TNA series on TEW 2020. Following an "invasion" by Ring of Honor, TNA Wrestling was turned upside down, leading to the announcement of a rebranding at the end of 2011.

The third episode of the year will see Sting and CM Punk come face to face for the first time, while Davey Richards and Desmond Wolfe go one and one in the main event. Mickie James and Tara will also battle for Number One Contendership to the Knockouts Championship, with Christy Hemme locked in a shark cage high above the ring!
