Calligraphy is a design course by Prof. R. K. Joshi, Mr. Achyut Palav, Prof. Santosh Kshirsagar and Others IDC IIT Bombay. The course on calligraphy as conceived by Professor R. K. Joshi would take you through the essential steps of learning calligraphy. This video is the demonstrations of Calligraphy Devanagari Strokes by Professor Santosh Kshirsagar, a student of Professor R. K. Joshi and now a faculty member at the Sir J J Institute of Applied Art, Mumbai, India. The basic Devanagari strokes can create interesting designs out of those patterns while practicing and that makes the practice very interesting. One can always use a grid of lines while practicing as it helps achieve good perfection & symmetry.
