AFRICAN GINGER - COOKIES [ with cayenne pepper]

Welcome to the english version of my cookie video. These african ginger cookies with a pinch of cayenne pepper create a very delicious and spicy experience. Let's have a try!

Ingredients:

250 grams / 2 cups purpous flour
120 grams / 0.5 cup of butter or margarine
80 grams / 1/3 cup of sugar
3 teaspoons ginger powder
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
125 ml / 4 fl.oz. of water

Bake in a preheat oven (350 F / 180 Celsius) in about 20-25 minutes.
