"Cravat" you don't wanna tie - READ FULL DESCRIPTION FOR EXPLANATION

A week ago I was flying my (awesome!!!) glider Mac Para Eden 5. But it is getting older and I got a great deal on new BGD Cure, one class higher wing (aspect ration 6.75!) with a recommendation from my good friend Nando ("you gonna love the machine").
I spent about 8 hours on this new beauty and actually felt quite good already on it after less then an hour in flight. This was my 5th flight and I felt the wing has "domesticated" me already and I was so much better in XC on it. Rain was expected to come soon — time to go down and while I still had high altitude over the lake I felt like it's the time check how it goes into and out of spiral (nicely), little wing-overs (uuuhhh ...) and what the wing does when collapsed asymmetrically.
What has happened surprised me and left me with a headache the whole afternoon wondering WTF has happened, what have I done wrong, what should I or shouldn't do ... should I sell the glider and come back to EN-B or overcome it and try the asymmetric on it again, oh no, what if this happens again? I don't really wanna take my chances again.
The wing just stayed collapsed and I was not able to recover it. It looked like it has stuck in a cravat. Mr. Manual said, this wing is not prone to cravats and it happened to me after the first collapse in a smooth air already? I tried to pull stabilo (or whatever — it’s not marked and cannot be easily recognized so I was trying it is one of the B or C lines on a side), pumping, maybe not enough, but whenever I tried something it went to a spin immediately. I have stabilized the glider and tried again, spin again, stabilized... I was getting a little nervous and start to feel a little uncomfortable (actually I nearly sh*t to my pants to be honest, I'm no acro crazy) and started to think SECOND time in my life to pull a reserve. But I was above the lake and a guy on SIV died here a week ago, because nobody bloody come for him on a boat to rescue. Well I still had a high altitude and it looked like I can manage to keep the glider in a straight flight. It was sinking roughly 3m/s. I have changed my mind the SECOND time and decided not to pull the reserve. I am gonna land the fucking plane!!!
Well the landing approach was a bit different, there were gliders in my way, and with a very limited maneuverability I was a bit short and final meters were as scary as hell (e.g. the moment I realized I am not able to recover it). But it ended up well at the end.
You may discuss below, what would you do or not. After all, I share this in a hope this may be a valuable learning session (it was for me) and hope this this may save someones ass one day, because you may remember where to look for and error and what to do. By analyzing the footage frame by frame, thank you Shane for debugging, I now know what has happened and if you want to find out yourself, DO NOT read further now, but read later.

** SPOILER ** and takeaways

Blah blah .. blah .. do not read this if you don't want to know WTF. Read this if you want to know. I am writing some nonsense here just for that purpose your eyes do not accidentally catch that I will be talking about A lines here. OK, you are still reading ... yes it was the A line. One of the main A lines got stuck (most probably — see 2:20) under the C steering handles (or how is it called). It also explains me the mystery, why it almost recover in flight once, but didn't; and why it was recovered right after the touch down (so it was not a cravat as I thought during a flight). At first I thought, well I was just stupid, maybe this is how C gliders behave and I have to pull both breaks like we do when landing to recover it, but not ... touchdown released the line after. There may be a weird way how I clumsy pulled the lines down or it may be a slight design flaw of the C steering handles (label creates a hook). Maybe it may be improved, maybe there is always something where the line can get stuck and you may not notice it in a panic. A problem like that may probably happen on any glider. So here's a lesson for me. Now I know the solution was simple and reachable within centimeters. I can probably be confident to fly this beauty again, knowing what was the cause. But if you can't figure it out at the moment you need to solve that problem? Would you pull the A lines again (like a friend of mine said) or full-stall (I never did it and didn't feel like I wanted to do it at the moment). Here's a hint, check if all lines are OK at your eye level at risers. Do not search for an error above you only. Please share.
Anyway, I just fucking land the plane with one dead engine!!! :-)
