Hi, welcome to my channel, Bake N Roll.

For me, this is the easy way on how to make the trending cookie right now. Easy to follow and easy to find ingredients. I hope you like it.

Ingredients:

Dry:

all purpose flour 175 grams (1 cup + 5 tbsp)
cake flour 50 grams ( 7 tbsp)
baking powder 3/4 tsp
cornstarch 7 grams ( 1 tbsp)

butter 85 grams (1/3 cup + 1/2 tbsp) cold
brown sugar 55 grams ( 4 tbsp)
white sugar 65 grams ( 1/3 cup)

egg 1 large (55 grams)
vanilla 1 tsp
blue food coloring 1/2 tsp add as needed

white chocolate chips 60 grams (1/2 cup)
chocolate chips 30 grams (1/4 cup)
(reserve for toppings)

1 pack oreo ( 3pcs)
1 pack cookie (3 pcs)
+ extra for toppings

Baking time: 15-18 minutes
Oven temperature: 170°c
