Marantz Model 6300 Plak Çalar Bakım ve Onarım Rehberi

Gözden Geçirme ve Kasa Onarımı:
Dış yüzeyi inceledim, çatlakları ve deformasyonları not aldım.
Ahşap kısımlarda çatlakları ahşap dolgu malzemesi ile Mahmut ALDEMİR düzeltecek ve müşterinin isteği doğrultusunda kasa ahşap kaplanacak.

Elektronik Kontrol:
İç kısmı açarak devre kartlarını ve bileşenleri kontrol ettim.
Hasar görmüş bileşenleri ikinci videoda değiştireceğim.

Kasa Montajı ve Estetik İyileştirmeler:
İç kısmı tekrar monte edip, dış kısmı yeniden monte edeceğim.
Estetik iyileştirmeler yaparak orijinal görünümüne kavuşturacağız.

Yağlama ve Bakım:
Mekanik parçaları uygun yağlarla yağlayarak düzgün çalışmasını sağlayacağım.

Kablo ve Bağlantı Kontrolü:
Tüm kabloları kontrol edip, hasarlıları değiştireceğim, bağlantı noktaları temizlenecek.

Ses Kalibrasyonu ve Test:
Ses kalitesini kontrol edip, kartuşu veya sesle ilgili bileşenleri gerekirse değiştireceğim.
Plak çaları test ederek tüm fonksiyonların düzgün çalıştığından emin olacağım.

Marantz Model 6300 Turntable Maintenance and Repair Guide

Review and Case Repair:
I examined the outer surface, noted any cracks and deformations.
Mahmut ALDEMİR will fix cracks in wooden parts with wood filler, and the case will be wooden veneered according to the customer's request.

Electronic Check:
I opened the inside to check circuit boards and components.
I will replace damaged components in the second video.

Case Assembly and Aesthetic Improvements:
I will reassemble the inside and reassemble the outer part.
We will bring it back to its original appearance with aesthetic improvements.

Lubrication and Maintenance:
I will ensure proper operation by lubricating mechanical parts with suitable oils.

Cable and Connection Check:
I will check all cables, replace damaged ones, and clean connection points.

Sound Calibration and Testing:
I will check the sound quality and replace the cartridge or sound-related components if necessary.
I will test the turntable to ensure that all functions are working properly.
