The working process starts by heating thermoplastic paint in a melting kettle until it reaches a working temperature of approximately 180–200°C. The molten material is then poured into the applicator box. When positioned on the road surface, the operator releases the paint evenly through the square mold, forming a clean and uniform marking with sharp edges.

The 15 × 15 cm box mold allows each application to deliver approximately 0.4–0.6 kg of thermoplastic material per marking, depending on thickness. This size is ideal for small square symbols, patch repairs, and high-visibility road safety markings. The compact design enables quick relocation between marking points, improving productivity on busy roads.
