In this video I go in depth on my 2022 Store Capital Stock Analysis. This is a popular group of stocks because REITS by law have to pay out 90 percent of their profits as dividends to their shareholders, and are a consistent quarterly paying dividend to their shareholders.

STORE Capital Corporation is an internally managed net-lease real estate investment trust, or REIT, that is the leader in the acquisition, investment and management of Single Tenant Operational Real Estate, which is its target market and the inspiration for its name. STORE Capital is one of the largest and fastest growing net-lease REITs and owns a large, well-diversified portfolio that consists of investments in more than 2,500 property locations across the United States, substantially all of which are profit centers.

The company was founded by Mary Fedewa, Morton H. Fleischer, Christopher H. Volk, Catherine Long, Michael J. Zieg, and Michael T. Bennett on May 17, 2011, and is headquartered in Scottsdale, AZ.

It is true that this stock has gone down 22 percent so far in 2022 but even though they have a very high payout ratio, don't let that dissuade you in not researching this company further as they have a nice dividend yield.

As for my own personal opinion, I do plan on doing some more in depth research into their financials and go over their earnings statements over the last five years, but I believe I will personally be adding this REIT to my dividend portfolio.
