The process of "vac stacking" is taking multiple lines of color glass rod and sandwiching them between an inner and outer tube. Here I used a 75x5mm clear outer tube and a 50x5mm inner tube wit approx 26, 4" long glass rods in the middle layer. Then its just the matter of putting a ton of heat and switching on my vacuum to slowly suck the air out of the middle layer.The final product is a single tube with the lines protected with the clear glass. This process took about 2 hours to prep and another 45 minutes to pull down. Let me know in the comments what you think. Thanks for watching!
