A new bed bug law was recently signed into action by Governor Jared Polis regarding the actions that must be taken by both landlords and tenants. In this video, we’ll explain the actions that tenants must take in notifying their landlord about the presence (or suspected presence) of bed bugs. Additionally, we’ll explain the expectations for tenant compliance in bed bug inspections and bed bug heat treatments that may be required if bed bugs are identified on the property.
