Cookies batter:
1 cup unsalted butter
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup pumpkin purée
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking soda

Caramel frosting:
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
1 cup powder sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
