I walk you step-by-step through the process so you can see just how easy it is to build your own lace edge applique design, even if you’re a beginner. If you’ve ever felt nervous about designing in embroidery software, this video will give you the confidence to jump in and start creating.
I’m also stitching out the adorable “Be Mine” lace edge applique design on my Brother SE1900 embroidery machine. I personalized it by adding Mr. H’s name to make it extra special for Valentine’s Day. These lace edge motifs are perfect for applique, crazy quilt embroidery, borders, and heartfelt handmade gifts. Whether you’re new to machine embroidery or looking for fun Valentine embroidery ideas, this project will inspire you to create something meaningful and one-of-a-kind.
