Ennio Morricone is one of the greatest composers of all times, and his score for the movie “The Mission” is in my personal opinion his finest work. Directed by Roland Joffé and starring Robert De Niro and Jeremy Irons, the film follows a Jesuit missionary as he reaches an indigenuous tribe in the jungle and shares his faith with them.
The unforgettable soundtrack of this movie is majestic, profound, touching and glorious, and truly represents the heart and soul of the story as well as the power of faith, God's grace and man's redemption. Enjoy this video!
