So I did try to use this power adapter while airing up the Rav tire but unfortunately the pump shuts down when I plugged this power adapter in. So this would work to charge it, but so does the usb-c that I use to charge it. So it seems the portable air compressor I have cannot be powered and used at the same time, to makeup for the weak battery life when airing a lot in the car tires. So I have to use my real air compressor that's what I'll use to take it to 80 psi in hopes it will set properly in case that's why it leaks air is tire bead leaking. I will most likely firstly jack it up again place jack stand deflate tire to about 8 psi then take it up to 80 psi. I won't be dismounting the tire and probably not taking it below 8 psi, nor bouncing the tire off the pavement nor putting it under vehicle weight until completed and back to 33 psi at the end. I will lower it in the hopes that something changes for the better like underfold, jump up to better bead seal position this time, as however it was done originally when the new tire was put on is what I have in mind.
