After Olm clenches his hand, he will do 6 autos (40 ticks/24 seconds) before un-clenching again. The skipper should prepare to be in position again by the 5th auto attack.

You don't need to wait for the special attack to come out to know which side it is set to. For instance, you can move to the opposite side (of the side you're trying to set) as soon as you get hit by the 2nd attack.

Melee skip can sit at the thumb if they are using melee to hit the hand. If you are using magic as the melee skip, you will have to run to the pinky (as indicated in the video).

Most of the time, Olm will be set to melee at the start of the phase because of your entire team being on the melee side initially, where your team will be using their defense-lowering spec weapons.

If you want to set to mage side, have both mage skipper and runner move left of the head immediately after speccing the melee hand. If you want to keep Olm set to melee, stay on the melee hand until the head turns to the melee side.

It is most efficient to mage skip because being in the center tile (between the two running tiles) can also skip the flame wall attack. Likewise, being mage skip in the third phase allows for the melee-er to forego the stamina potion entirely as well as having an easier time lowering the melee hand and mage hand. This is on top of skipping any potential flame walls as well.

Finally, it is essential that everyone is doing their parts for the head to turn. Having the head turn is crucial for skipping, so ensure that every role is correctly positioned.
