It is the time of the year; holiday's coming soon! Today we made cranberry jam at home for thanksgiving. It is a simple but great gift for family and friends. 
It’s a very flexible recipe, and I added pears this time. I love chunky fruit in the jam. This is a good companion to a plain bread toast on the weekday morning.
