The history of machine learning can be traced back to the early days of computing. This led to the development of other machine learning algorithms, such as support vector machines and neural networks.

These days, machine learning is used in a variety of different fields, from medicine to finance. It is also becoming increasingly important in the field of artificial intelligence. Indeed, some experts believe that machine learning will eventually lead to the development of artificial general intelligence, or AGI.

AGI is a machine that is capable of intelligent behaviour that is at least as good as that of a human. Some believe that AGI is inevitable, and that the day will come when machines learn and unlearn on their own.
