A 30 minute yoga cool down, designed to be practiced post workout to stretch out the whole body after any form of exercise. This is a great way of reducing aches and pains through stabilising and relaxing the body for improved recovery! Personally, I did this vinyasa flow just after a run with skipping and shadow boxing :)
