"Without being a lockdown ode we wanted to make something that playfully felt the drudge and also comfort of being inside, for humans and little orange guys alike, and I think that suited the slow swirling repetition of The Obvious I. A song to be trapped, happily, to. Yes it was slow, but it’s good to search for a little daftness, a little motorbike driving alien, or a handful of thieving ducks in our days. It was a song that ended with optimistic notes I think, wheelie-ing straight into space." - Molly Fairhurst (animator)
