🔧 System Overview
The configuration begins with the General Settings panel, where you define the API Key and choose the placement of the chat widget (e.g., home_page_bottom). Once saved, the system is ready for training and indexing.

📚 RAG Store Workflow
The Training and RAG Status console guides you through every step of preparing a knowledge store:

Upload Content – input the text or data that will be used for training.
Create RAG Store – automatically generates a new data store.
Import File – uploads the content into the store for processing.
Check Import Status – monitor operations and token usage (example: 1,188 tokens used).
Delete Store – remove outdated stores with one click.

A central dashboard shows all active RAG stores, including their names, creation timestamps, status, and quick actions.

💬 Frontend AI Assistant
On the storefront, users interact with a clean chat widget:
“Have a question? Ask our AI assistant.”

A sample query — “Which skills AI can’t replace?” — demonstrates how the assistant uses the indexed content to produce detailed, grounded answers.

The AI highlights real limitations, such as its inability to replace human-level system design and architecture decisions, which require deep business context, trade-offs, and real-world judgment.
