30'S AND THE [NY] CITY: an honest and realistic work day in my life living in new york city

I have talked about my struggles with morning anxiety over the past few years. Some days are fine, and other days it just takes over. I want to be transparent about my struggles and hope that sharing this helps you feel less alone. I also acknowledge that I need to make changes, let go of old habits, and find balance. What I am doing right now is not working.

In this "my 30s and the new york city vlog", spend a very realistic (and honest) work day in my life trying to balance my 9 to 5 corporate job (IT business analyst), youtube & my personal life while living in New York City. We prep for our first movie premiere, cook dinner and do some home workouts as well.
