Christopher J. Mouflard has been responsible for successful customer projects around the world. He specializes in Location-Based Management Systems (LBMS). LBMS is a successfully implemented approach to construction management which leverages BIM model & manually calculated quantities, productivity data and locations of work to calculate construction schedules -- making cash flow forecasting and production control accurate, manageable and achievable. In addition, Chris has developed databases for 5D model based estimating and has extensive field experience implementing the Last Planner® system.

Since 2010, Chris was been consulting to a top ten US general contractor (VO). In his previous role, Chris facilitated the adoption of Vico Office on a 1 million Gross Square Footage OSHPD Hospital within the company's Northern Pacific division. His role extends to culture change management where he is responsible for holdings workshops and seminars educating project engineers, project managers, superintendents, and members of the Owner organizations.

Chris has taken an active role in community outreach to universities lecturing on topics ranging from BIM in Construction Management to LBMS at the University of California, Berkeley. Most recently he has delivered case study presentations to leading industry organizations including the Construction Users Roundtable, the American College of Construction Lawyers, the International Group for Lean Construction and the CPM Construction Conference, SINDUSCon BIM Forum Brazil, to name a few.
