I have wanted this tent for a long time and finally, I have one. This Russian Bear tent is the real deal. It is made for the coldest conditions on earth and that's what I am putting it through. -37 is no joke. It can cause frostbite in seconds and can be deadly if you are not prepared. The tent is robust, well thought out, and double-walled. It can withstand winds and can be set up for long periods of time. That depends. I am pretty good at starting a fire these days and gathering wood. But I don't really have true bushcraft skills and definitely no carpentry or construction skills or training. I could probably make a shelter if I had to, but that would just come from all the YouTube training (watching) over the years.
