Shivratri vrat special Sabudana Makha — a creamy, no gas, no fire dessert recipe.
Perfect for fasting days and also as a unique no-cook sweet dish anytime.

🥣 Ingredients:

■2 cups soaked sabudana (soaked overnight)

■3 bananas (mashed)

■Misti doi (sweet curd)

■Grated coconut

■Gur or batasha

■Sondesh or kalakand (recommended)

■Chopped dry fruits (kaju, kishmish, soaked badam)

■Aam papad(optional)

■Sendha namak (vrat salt)

👩‍🍳 Steps:

●Soak sabudana overnight and drain excess water.

●In a large bowl add sabudana, grated coconut, gur, chopped dry fruits, aam papad and sondesh.

●Add mashed bananas and misti doi.

●Adjust sweetness and add a pinch of sendha namak.

●Mix well until creamy.

●Garnish with dry fruits and enjoy.

This creamy vrat dessert is light, filling and made without cooking.
