When you are passionate about something....dive in all the way. It will pay off. Personal growth is not automatic. You have to search and search for what it is that you love and are passionate about. You will know because the work part diminishes and the joy for what you are doing, for the career path you are on will increase. From there you will continue to learn, continue to achieve all of your goals.

For me, Culinary School, was the beginning of my career as a Chef. Cooking School did not turn me into the person I am today, Jesus did. When I was a culinary student I worked tirelessly in and out of the classroom to become better and grow both personally and professionally and become a chef that would be successful.
