This experience has profoundly affected my life, leaving me feeling powerless and deeply hurt. The way I was treated not only undermined my confidence but also had a lasting emotional impact, contributing to feelings of depression. Being silenced and dismissed in such a critical moment stripped away my sense of agency, making me question my worth and place in the world.

Even now, the experience lingers, affecting my mental well-being and outlook on life. What once was a strong belief in my ability to make a difference has been shaken, leaving me feeling like just another person without significance. This sense of loss and invisibility has been incredibly isolating, reinforcing negative thoughts and emotions.

It’s important to acknowledge these feelings and the weight they carry. However, I also recognize that my experience, as painful as it is, holds value. By sharing my story and confronting these challenges, I’m taking steps toward healing and advocating for change, not just for myself but for others who may face similar struggles.
