Shortly after the events of "Alice's Adventures in Wonderland" and "Through the Looking Glass and What Alice Found There" is set the story of "Alice" by American McGee. Her house is mysteriously set alight, and Alice is the only survivor. With severe survivors guilt and claiming it was all her fault, she, a year later, is sent to Rutledge Asylum, where she has hallucination of her "Wonderland".
