Kosher wine explained.
The homeland of Kosher wines is Israel. However, great examples of Kosher wine can be found in California (USA), France, Italy, and Spain.
In Hebrew world Kosher means suitable or fir, fit for the consumption and is regarding to diary law called Kashrut, which comes from Torah. People who follow Kashrut can not eat pork or shellfish but also can't combine milk and meat at the same time.
Torah is the completion of five books of the Hebrew Bible. In Hebrew world, Torah means teaching BTW|.
Kosher wine is produced by the same wine-making process as commercial wines, so what is the difference between Kosher and non-Kosher wine?
Wine can be only called Kosher when the entire process of winemaking from harvest till bottling is held by a Jewish person. Important role in Kosher winemaking playing Mashiach, which is a Jewish chef mostly man, who is controlling food and wine production to make sure that is according to Halakhah, which is the Jewish law.
