Once a month I think I’ll recirculate this topic.

The targeted attack on this stage of life turns my stomach and breaks my heart.

Stage means certain. Coronation. Realization. Transformation. Change. Metamorphosis. A perfect stage of human development comes in two levels of massive life change on top every accident, divorce, breakup, failure, trauma, celebration, win and synchronicity. Man has called them puberty, menopause and andropause. Your body just knows them as stages of predictable, programmed, perfectly powerful moments of awakening.

Nobody wants you to understand this because you would become too powerful. That’s why the tv tells you hormones are safe, youth is a goal, comparison is a standard.

Nobody has ever lived as you. These stages solidify that truth. Nobody will ever see mother/fatherhood as you. Relationships as you. Loss and creation as you. With your body in perfect harmony whether you support it or not.

Is change/transformation comfortable? Of course not. And it’s easy to sell this discomfort as pathology especially when the goal is control.

Use slow, emotions, size changes, taste shifts, attraction movements, temperature readiness, lack of desire…use it all for you. Your body wants these next few years for you to incubate, till your garden, plant seeds, shed layers, abandoned cycles, patterns you chose. None of it remains. Up to you. No stress. No pressure. Whatever is hard to see this round will come back again. It’s all for you. All of you.

Imagine a man who knew his body so well he could truly support his partner understanding every response. Imagine a woman who knew her body so well she could truly support her partner understand every response. True peace and understanding instead of chasing the never ending fix because both of you are broken.

You were never broken and a lot is coming. To deepen the meaning behind every choice you make. To expand the possibility of all that’s been sold to you as impossible.

Your body is the safest place you’ll ever be. Man, woman, child. Read that 10 times a day. Do you want different?

What if you truly believed your body wasn’t your enemy? How would life work then?
